MonaVie will begin accepting both individual and business Verteiler applications in Taiwan when we officially launch full business operations in market on Wednesday, 1 September 2010!

In jedem Fall, you will need to fully complete and manually sign the application for individuals with your sponsor’s Verteiler ID number and submit a copy of your Taiwan Identity Card to the MonaVie Taiwan Office via mail or hand delivery. Während Einschreibung, you can also place an order of MonaVie Essential oder MonaVie Active. If applying online, please remember that you must print off the last page and turn in or mail a signed hard copy of the Verteiler application and a copy of your Taiwan Identity Card to the MonaVie Taiwan Office.

Distributors Enrolling as a Business (Taiwan Office Only)
If you wish to sign up as a business, please visit the MonaVie Taiwan Office to fill out and sign the appropriate business application form with your sponsor’s Verteiler ID number and bring a copy of your Taiwan Identity Card and one of the following:
- Gesellschaft registration card or
- Business letter of approval
When enrolling under a business name, you must also be committed to submitting weekly Government Uniform Invoices (GUI) to the MonaVie Taiwan Office in order for MonaVie to release your weekly commission earnings. Invoices are due to the Taiwan office by Tuesday at 6:30 pm. (Taiwan Zeit) in order to receive the commissions in your MVPay Hub account the following week.

Mr. Cho has signed up as a business in Taiwan and he earns commissions on Friday, 10 September. Mr. Cho will be able to login to his Virtual Office to see his earnings, but will not have access to them. Based off the earnings, (Obwohl, Mr. Cho can begin creating a proper GUI for submission. Once the GUI is created, Mr. Cho submits the invoice along with his Verteiler ID number by Wednesday, 15 September at 7 Uhr. to the MonaVie Taiwan in person or by mail.
MonaVie employees will then review, confirm, and approve the invoice. After approval, MonaVie will then release the funds to Mr. Cho’s free MVPay Hub account on the following Friday, 24 September. With the funds now in his MVPay Hub account, Mr. Cho can choose whether to transfer the funds to a personal bank account or spend the funds back with MonaVie to pay for Produkt by using the DirectPay option through the Virtual Office.
MonaVie will provide Taiwan business entities with weekly reminders on when and how to submit the GUI. We strongly encourage you to consult with your tax advisor if you have further questions about GUI.
* New distributors enrolling without proof of identity are placed automatically on commissions hold. These distributors must submit proof of identity to the MonaVie Taiwan Office within 30 days before your commissions are paid. Failure to do so will result in an automatic suspension of all pending commissions until proof of identity has been received. Distributors who do not provide a copy of their Taiwan Identity Card at sign up can submit a photocopy of their ID along with their Verteiler ID and phone number to the MonaVie Taiwan Office via email (Taiwan@monavie.com), fax (0080-114-8987), mail, or hand delivery.
