Transferring a Distributorship to Hong Kong

With the recent launch of MonaVie Hong Kong, we understand that some distributors may wish to change their existing address information to a Hong Kong address. In order to complete a country transfer to Hong Kong, please provide us with the following information:

• Account password, email address, contact phone number and date of birth
• Hong Kong billing and shipping addresses
• Proof of address in Hong Kong (billing statement or piece of registered mail)

Please submit this information via email to hongkongcompliance@monavie.com or via fax to 1-801-748-3200 (long distance rates apply where applicable). All changes to accounts will take place within 24 hours after receiving the required information listed above. If you do not wish to have your account modified until a later date, please be sure to indicate that in your email or fax.

Note: Only accounts in good standing with no prior breach of company policy will be considered for modification. Also, under no circumstance will we accommodate requests to change the primary name listed on an account.
